Steve St. Andre
Steve St. Andre is the founder and CEO of Shift Digital. St. Andre is a pioneer in the digital marketing space having delivered successful marketing solutions for 12 major brands and tens of thousands of retailers. Steve started Shift Digital to respond to the increasing need for brands to generate, measure and close sales leads from all marketing channels. The business currently supports 10 major brands in North America and serves as an efficient sales tool for thousands of retailers.
Prior to launching Shift Digital Steve launched and led FordDirect.com, serving as the company President and Office of the Chief Executive for a period of 8 years. In this role he led the company to substantial profitability and growth while delivering 20% of all Ford Motor Company US retail sales through the FordDirect channel. Prior to joining FordDirect, St. Andre was director of corporate strategy for Autoweb.com, where he was responsible for business development with Automotive OEMs and M&A activity support for the online media and lead generation company. Prior to Autoweb, Steve held various consulting roles with automotive manufacturers including American Honda Motor, Nissan Motor Corporation and Cadillac Motor Car Division.
St. Andre earned a B.A. degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Brian Dukes
Brian has spent the last 10 years of his professional career working with automotive OEMs scoping, designing, launching, and managing ongoing support of enterprise-level solutions and projects. At Shift Digital, Brian has launched Enterprise Dealer Website and Lead Management programs for the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, (U.S. and Canada) Jaguar, and Land Rover brands.
Prior to Shift Digital, Brian was a Director at FordDirect, and Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. At FordDirect, Brian managed the launch and ongoing support for Ford Motor Company’s 5,000 global dealer websites (Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford of Mexico, Ford of Canada). At Deloitte, Brian managed large scale technology and process transformation engagements for several Fortune 500 clients. Brian earned a B.S.E. degree from the Michigan Technological University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
Mike Kissman
Mike Kissman brings a wealth of experience and a track record of success to the Shift Digital team. Throughout his career, Mike has worked with some of the largest brands in the world to help drive business value in the digital marketing space. At Shift, Mike has worked with clients and partners to define, create, and deploy several industry-leading solutions.
Before joining Shift, Mike held positions at FordDirect and General Motors. At FordDirect, Mike served as the Director of Lead Management overseeing all lead and CRM activities. While there, Mike overhauled FordDirect’s entire lead platform and developed and launched new dealer and regional CRM services. At General Motors, Mike led product development efforts with the OnStar division.
Mike has a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan Technological University and a Master’s from Oakland University.
Phil Oriani
Under Phil’s leadership, Shift Digital’s Marketing Solutions have grown to represent a substantial percentage of our client’s retail sales. Phil ensures that Shift’s product portfolio grows with each our client’s unique challenges within their industry. He has spent much effort with retailers and dealers promoting the value of spending efficiently at the local level and eliminating waste by providing them with the tools to achieve these goals.
“The transition from traditional to digital media has been exploited by vendors vying for local businesses traditional marketing dollars. It is our intent at Shift to help determine what tools work best for local retailers and promote these tools throughout our client’s retail portfolio”.
Prior to Shift, Phil was the Director of Product Development for FordDirect where his activities led to consistent double digit annual digit revenue increases and a major expansion of the company’s client base. In addition, Phil has held retail and e-commerce positions at Nissan, Ford and Honda Powersports. He received his B.A. degree from Northwood University.
Mike Van Syckle
As head of Shift Digital’s sales, support, and training division, Mike brings with him an abundance of experience and a history of success to lead this accomplished and dynamic group. Mike’s division, including the exclusive V.I.P. Concierge Team, ensures Shift Digital continually exceeds our clients' expectations via the successful development, implementation, and support of all client facing sales and marketing initiatives. Mike’s ultimate priority is the continuous satisfaction of Shift’s customers and helping them produce the strongest possible returns on their digital investment - higher sales at a lower cost.
Mike joined Shift Digital in 2008 to lead the rapidly growing sales, support, and training division. Prior to that, Mike excelled in various sales, sales management, and director level positions at Toyota Motors Sales, USA, Inc., Autobytel Inc., Who’s Calling, Inc., and DealerTrack, Inc. Mike comes to Shift Digital with a wide range of skills and hands on knowledge acquired from over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Mike holds a B.A. from Michigan State University.
