Program Specialist - BMW/MINI Digital Advertising
Position Overview:
The Shift Digital team is looking for a Digital Advertising Program Specialist to support heavy ups within the BMW & MINI account. As the Digital Advertising Program Specialist, you will assist the current Digital Advertising Program Manager in managing the heavy up programs for our client to ensure that the goals of the program are accomplished for their automotive dealerships.

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage digital advertising heavy up programs focused on vehicle sales.
- Vendor management to ensure timelines & deliverables are met.
- Vendor management to ensure adherence to campaign strategies and compliance.
- Program Awareness and Communication: Communicate all heavy up program details, changes, and actions internally at Shift, to BMW and to certified vendors.
- Reporting and Analytics: Manage the performance throughout the campaigns through use of analytics and reporting tools.
- Build relationships with search & social platform teams to evolve the program and increase overall efficiency.
- Provide client key performance insights and drive into the details of dealer performance to understand what is and is not working for retailers and recommend program updates to clients.
- Audit vendor account setups and campaign delivery, verifying that they adhere to campaign requirements & BMW standards.
- Annual Digital Advertising and Search strategic planning and tracking to stay on track with key initiatives and goals.
- Responsible for the coordination of dealer billing from the heavy ups.
- Assist Digital Advertising Program Manager in PO generation.
- Develop and implement billing, reporting, and compliance standards and processes.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2+ yrs. Account Management experience with a proved track record of success.
- Candidates need sales and /or customer service/consulting experience.
- Need a solid working understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Proficient in digital advertising practices specific to Search, Display, Social and Video.
- Up to date certification in Google Ads Fundamentals is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI is preferred.
- Must be self-motivated, possess strong phone skills and be able to thrive and multi-task in a busy sales and support environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are expected.
- College degree is a requirement.
- Light to Moderate travel may be required.
