Program Manager – Digital Retailing
Position Overview

We are looking for a Program Manager to support a Dealer program for one of our largest automotive clients. As the Program Manager you will manage and support a Dealer Tools program that includes Digital Retailing, Reputation Management and Data Mining product categories.
Key Responsibilities
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage key retailer programs by making strategic recommendations to clients on Digital Retailing, Data Mining and Reputation Management best practices.
- Ensure digital programs are effective across corporate, regions and dealerships nationwide.
- Develop training and communication plans to support program launches and new initiatives.
- Manage vendors to ensure program requirements, integrations and compliance are supported.
- Responsible for vendor performance reviews based on hitting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze program performance data through use of analytics and reporting tools to produce actionable insights and flag issues; then make strategic recommendations for changes based on results.
- Build and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting to OEM clients.
- Deliver client value through relationship building and program success.
- Support client with regular presentations and updates to program.
- Track client projects, requests, and open issues
- Prioritize and manage technical projects and tickets with client and technical project managers
- Drive program growth through adding new providers, increasing enrollment numbers, adding certified products/services.
- This is a client facing role which requires a polished and professional demeanor and the ability to lead meetings and present to teams/groups.
Minimum Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of account management experience with focus on digital marketing/digital retailing.
- Understanding of automotive digital retailing, reputation management and data mining products.
- Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel functionality including pivot tables, V-lookup formulas, IF logic formulas, etc.
- Excellent decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure of deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are expected.
- Light to Moderate travel may be required based on location.

Some of these factors include, but are not limited to: skill set, location, years of experience, licenses, certifications, and business/organizational needs. The following compensation range is specific to New York City, Colorado, Nevada, California, and Washington residents only. While we do provide an estimated salary range, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top range for their role. A reasonable estimate for this role is: $80,000-100,000.
