We are looking for a Program Specialist to join our Account Management team! The Program Specialist will provide support to the Account Senior Program Manager for a major Powersports brand. This person will work to service the client via project management, data collection and analysis, reporting, vendor management, and identifying opportunities to optimize the digital programs.
This role will report to our Sr. Program Manager, responsible for the Website, Digital Advertising,and Dealer Tools Program.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Senior Program Manager on key projects and client deliverables.
- Collect and audit program performance data to build weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Assist Senior Program Manager in making recommendations using performance data reports, and present to client as requested.
- Facilitate QA process for digital program, with the longer-term goal of leading QA activities on program solutions to be delivered to the client.
- Support/grow vendor relationships and help to ensure deliverables are met and vendor performance is in line with program expectations. As the role progresses, will be expected to own these relationships, ensure integration and compliance of deliverables, and establish corrective action plans where necessary.
- Monitor project status and open issues and be expected to communicate the status with the client as requested.
- As knowledge and data skills improve, will provide more in-depth analytical analysis and case studies to be used in guiding client business decisions.
- Provide support in creating communication materials including marketing, training, and reporting.
- Work with our dealer support team for important communication initiatives and help with issue resolution
- Work effectively within the Account Management Team to identify new product or data opportunities to improve the value of the program
- Eventually this role will own projects from beginning to final delivery to the client.
- Some travel within market to support program initiatives, program launch events and travel to the client and their regional offices
Required Experience and Skills:
- Detailed & functional expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with an advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel (i.e. creating complex spreadsheets with use of Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, vlookups, IF function, data validation, etc.)
- Candidates will be required to complete an Excel skill test
- Project/account management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary to promote a collaborative team environment and add value to the client relationship
- Analytical mindset and highly organizedMust have a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Preferred Skills:
- Automotive and Powersports experience or familiarity with the industry
- Salesforce experience
- Ability to or willingness to learn: power queries, power automate
- Digital Marketing and/or Digital Analytics experience
- Desire to own the success of projects
- Ability to provide valuable feedback and recommendations to client as requested, and to adopt key decision making skills

Some of these factors include, but are not limited to: skillset, location, years of experience, licenses, certifications, and business/organizational needs. The following compensation range is specific to New York City, Colorado, Nevada, California, and Washington residents only. While we do provide an estimated salary range, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top range for their role. A reasonable estimate for this role is: $55,000-80,000.
