About the Role:

Do you love Digital Marketing and Analytics? Good!  We are looking for a Digital Account Coordinator to join our amazing team in Plano, TX. As part of the Account Management team, the Account Coordinator will help support a large digital account for a major automotive brand and work directly with clients and partners to analyze performance and communicate successes. The qualified candidate will get to work with the latest marketing technology and platforms, analyze program analytics, review reporting requests, manage program compliance, send program communications and identify opportunities to innovate the digital customer experience in the automotive industry. 

Role Responsibilities:                                                                                    

  • Provide support for a large Digital Marketing Program through data analysis, report generation, client presentations and vendor management
  • Help plan, monitor, track and update project timelines to ensure we meet client expectations
  • Participate in client meetings and help prepare and present successes and opportunities
  • Manage and coordinate the publication of marketing assets on behalf of OEM client
  • Build engaging partner relationships and help to ensure deliverables are met and vendor performance is in line with program expectations
  • Heavy use of Excel to churn, analyze and develop program performance reports weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Assist the Program Manager in making recommendations using insights from your data analysis, and present to the client as requested
  • Provide analysis of digital marketing product performance and services using a variety of industry leading analysis tools
  • Facilitate QA process for the digital program, with the longer-term goal of leading QA activities on program solutions to be delivered to the client
  • Provide support in creating communication materials to help build awareness and confidence in the program include marketing, training, and reporting
  • Work collaboratively as part of the larger client team to identify new products or data opportunities to improve the value of the program
  • Assist with issue identification and resolution when problems are identified

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in Marketing, Sales or related fields
  • Understanding of the digital marketing space – Paid Search, Re-marketing, Social/Video Advertising – associated analytics, and delivery of technology solutions is highly desired
  • Google Ads experience necessary
  • Project Management, and/or Account Management skills
  • Client support / presentation experience
  • Detailed & functional expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with an advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel (i.e. creating complex spreadsheets, including use of Pivot Tables, formulas and graphs)
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated with the ability to independently work on projects and tasks
  • Automotive experience is a plus but not necessary
