Automotive Account Director:
The Account Director position is a dedicated lead account role that will be based out of HQ (Birmingham). The Account Director will have experience in account management, dealer websites, digital advertising and enterprise lead management. The role requires strong project management skills set in managing a comprehensive multi-project roadmap. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Develop Dealer Website Program rollout plans and materials
- Ensure client requirements are documented and achieved
- Develop communication and presentation materials
- Work with internal stakeholders
- Develop corporate, regional and dealer training (launch and ongoing)
- Establish all client reporting
- Travel to regional zones
- Ensure Shift Digital software meets client corporate, regional and dealer needs.
- Document software and reporting enhancements (project roadmap management)
- Ensure Dealer Consultants are achieving a high level of dealer satisfaction
- Meet with executives weekly; review lead performance, recommend program changes, add, edit or terminate 3rd party providers, evaluate brand lead performance
- Ensure client satisfaction with program, the technology, the processes and the Shift Digital team
- Maintain and grow existing Enterprise Lead Management Program based on customer requests and best practices
Skills & Experience:
- Currently in a Senior Program Manager or Director Role
- Need a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape
- Automotive account management experience with a proven track record of success
- Must be self-motivated, with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are expected
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing
- Automotive experience is a plus
- College degree required
- Ability to be in office a minimum of 2 days per week (flexible)
