Program Manager - Digital Advertising

Position Overview:

Shift Digital is the leader in digital marketing program optimization. We are looking for a Program Manager to support a Tier 3 Digital Advertising program for one of our automotive clients. As the Program Manager you will manage and support a Tier 3 website program for our client to ensure that the goals of the digital program are accomplished.

Key Responsibilities

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage a retailer certified website program by making strategic recommendations to clients on website and digital advertising best practices.
  • Ensure digital program is effective across corporate, regions and dealerships nationwide.
  • Interface with client’s integrated agency team to ensure content, data and assets are aligned with brand messaging with the goal of achieving Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 alignment.
  • Develop training and communication plans to support program launches and new initiatives.
  • Manage vendors to ensure program requirements, integrations and compliance are supported.
  • Responsible for vendor performance reviews based on hitting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze website performance data through use of analytics and reporting tools to produce actionable insights and flag issues and then make strategic recommendations for change based on results.
  • Build and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and adhoc reporting to OEM clients.
  • Deliver client value through relationship building and program success.
  • Support client with regular presentations and updates to program.
  • Track client projects, requests and open issues in Excel project tracker
  • Prioritize and manage technical projects and tickets with client and technical project managers
  • Drive program growth through adding new providers, increasing enrollment numbers, increasing average spend per dealer, adding certified products/services.
  • This is a client facing role which requires a polished and professional demeanor and the ability to lead meetings and present to teams/groups.

Knowledge & Required Skills:

  • Project management skills necessary to manage various and numerous projects while tracking costs against budgets and time to completion 
  • Understanding of the digital space, associated analytics, and delivery of technology solutions 
  • Detailed & functional expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
  • Communication and interpersonal skills necessary to actively promote a cooperative team environment 
  • Comfortable speaking with/in front of Client and Regional Reps 
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies 
  • Desire to own success of projects 
  • Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to changes in priorities 
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated 
  • Strong analytical and data skills a plus 
  • College degree is a requirement 
  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing is required, automotive experience is a plus 
  • Ability to be in office a minimum of 2 days per week (flexible)
