Helping Brands Gain Retailer Support
An automotive manufacturer worked with Shift Digital to launch its Dealer Certified Program (DCP). The program’s mission is to create brand alignment and offer digital advertising support to its retail network. The program is not mandatory, and some dealers continue to work outside of the program.
The dealer’s internal team were working with a non-certified digital partner to manage its digital advertising strategy and budget. Although they had an active presence, they were experiencing inefficiencies in spending and not receiving the results desired.
Shift Digital explained the DCP’s mission and benefits to its retail network and how it could help the dealer increase the effectiveness of its budget. This overview was paired with an analysis of its current digital advertising efforts. Shift Digital provided preliminary strategic recommendations on the optimal balance between traditional and digital advertising and where it could create efficiencies in spending. As a result of these conversations, the retailer was interested in enrolling with a certified program partner to manage its digital advertising strategy and budgeting.
